ADVERTISE IN OUR EVENT PROGRAM

All convention participants attending our Austin area convention August 31-September 2, 2007 receive an event program. Expected attendance is 800+ and approximately 1,100 copies of the program will be printed. The program acts as a roadmap for every participant’s education weekend. Lecture times and locations are listed in the program along with biography information on all the event speakers and note pages are included for use during lectures. Without a doubt the program is used as a daily source of information throughout the weekend and beyond.

This year we are allowing advertisements in the event program. Put your ad in the most heavily used publication at GAT. Year 2007 exhibitors are provided preferred pricing. Get your business noticed!

Past vendors should note that through streamlined operations we no longer have to stuff packets and therefore will not be able to accept flyers and/or promotional items to place in packets. So, other than the booth space itself, the best way to advertise during and after the show is through a print ad in the program.
