2009 REGISTRATION FEES PAID ONLINE OR BY MAIL

Although we discourage waiting until you arrive, there will be onsite registration at the downstairs registration Plaza Booth A.

This option if for those not attending the convention, but want information included in the membership directory.
LIFE MEMBERS - $0
For 2009 – We need to update our Life Member information this year for all Life Members. Please provide current directory information by either completing or returning a mail in registration form or by emailing the Registration Coordinator at gatxreg@yahoo.com. Life Member Packets will be available for pick up at the down stairs registration booth.
EXPLANATION OF REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees cover all regular lectures at the convention, exhibit hall entry, GAT Program/Membership booklet, Saturday night awards ceremony, and one ticket to the Saturday night banquet. (A Luau is planned for 2009.)
INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM (ITP)
There is an additional $10 material fee for ITP Courses and registration is limited. Once courses are full, online registration will be closed for that course. Not all ITP courses are offered yearly, but you may view descriptions for each GAT ITP Courses by clicking here. ITP Courses offered this GAT 2009 are:
· IPT101 – Recreational Coaches REVISED
· ITP 102 – ALL NEW – Pre-School Coaches
· ITP 201 – Girls Team Coaching
· ITP – 301 – Boys Recreational – Compulsory Team Coaching
· ITP – 501 – ALL NEW Tumbling and Trampoline Coaching.
Your name will be posted online if you make an ITP course at least two weeks prior to the event.
SPECIAL ON-LINE DISCOUNTS
We realize the economy is tight for everyone this year. Because we want as many of our members to be able to learn from our fantastic line up of speakers, we are offering a first ever for GAT, a discount! This discount is offered to those who make payment on-line and applies to either the Early Bird or Regular registration options. Note there is a maximum on-line limit of 15 tickets per transaction.
Here’s the Deal.....Purchase any combination of six “Early Bird” tickets at full price and receive $77.50 off the purchase of the 6th or 12th ticket purchased. Offer can not be used to purchase an ITP Ticket, can only be used for a regular convention ticket. You must purchase all tickets on the same transaction to take advantage of this offer. Early BirdDiscount offer expires June 28th @ 11:55 p.m. (You may use this code twice during your transaction of 12 tickets for a total of $155 off 12 tickets.) Discount will again be offered on the regular Registration Price for $87.50 off the 6th or 12th Ticket Purchased.
We are working on the “honor system” for this discount. If this offer is abused and used for tickets other than the 6th or 12 ticket, you will be charged full price for all tickets and tickets may be held at registration booth pickup area until all fees are paid.
ADDITIONAL ONSITE OPTIONAL PURCHASES
· T-shirts $15 - There will be no pre-sales this year. Sizes that will be available on a first come bases at the downstairs registration booth are Youth L, Adults S, M, L, XL, XXL
· Additional Banquet Tickets $45 – Purchased onsite and are required for anyone over the age of one.
MEMBERSIP DIRECTORY
The GAT Membership Directory is included in the Convention Program. You MUST pay by August 15th to have your directory information included in program. Remember to be accurate when submitting your information, as it will appear as received.
WHO MUST REGISTER?
Anyone wishing to attend the convention must register. Credentials will be checked during all lectures.
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
There are six ticket options available to this year's convention for online purchase. Each participant should choose only one option. To begin online registration, you may use our online process to enter either group or individual registration.
Please follow these steps for registering:
Step 1: a) Choose one of the ticket options for your first participant.
b) Carefully complete the questionnaire, answering question for first participant. Once information has been submitted it can’t be edited. (Additional information for first participant will be asked in step 2.)
c) Hit Continue at bottom of page.
Step 2: a) Carefully enter first participant information. Information will appear as entered on name badge, membership directory and informational mailings.
b) Hit Continue at bottom of page.
Step 3: a) Either hit “Add Attendees” button and enter information as listed above for each additional participant –or-
b) Go directly to “Payment Information” to complete your purchase. Note that “Payment Information” is what appears on credit card being used for this purchase. *Note: Any company entering more that one participant will be considered a “GROUP REGISTRATION” and packets should be picked up as such at GAT registration.
Step 4: a) Hit the “Approve Order!” Button
b) You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase within 24 hrs
c) Print and save this receipt of your purchase to bring with you to GAT registration booth.
PRE-REGISTRATION PACKET PICKUP
Pre-Paid Registration packets can be picked up at the GAT registration booth set up at the Renaissance Hotel. Only one representative from your gym is required to pick up your group registration packets. A photo ID may be required to release credentials. Registration open hours are:
Friday,September 4- 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, September5 - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
All attendees must wear their name credentials at all times while attending the GAT Convention. If you lose your credentials during the convention, you will be required to purchase additional credentials at the full onsite registration fee. There will be no exceptions!
REFUND POLICY
ALL refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked before August 15th. Refunds are available less a $40.00 processing fee and will be issued by check within 30 days after the convention. There will be absolutely no refunds after August 15th. Mail refund requests to:
