EXPLANATION OF REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees cover all regular lectures at the convention, awards ceremony, exhibit hall entry plus the banquet Saturday night.

There is a $10 additional fee for ITP Courses and registration is limited. For descriptions of ITP Courses you can take, see the link to ITP (Instructor Training Program) you can choose from. For the Office course, it is suggested that you bring a laptop with you. You will be notified either by the director of the ITP course or your name will be posted online if you make an ITP course.

Who must register?
Anyone wishing to attend the convention must register. Credentials will be checked during all lectures.

Life Members will have pre-made packets, so they need not register, but you may email the Registration Coordinator at gatxreg@sbcglobal.net to confirm your attendance or notify of any address changes.

Join GAT Labor Day Weekend, August 31 to September 2, 2007, as we host our 41st Annual Gymnastics Association of Texas Convention! The convention will be held at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. Visit our website at www.gatx.org for all the up-to-the minute activities planned during this fun-filled educational weekend! There are five ticket options available to this year's convention for online purchase. Each participant should choose only one option. Complete descriptions of ITP courses can be viewed at our website. Membership only payments accept using our mail-in form found on the website. Please follow these steps for registering: Step 1: a. Choose one of five ticket options for your first participant. b. Carefully complete the questionnaire, answering question for first participant. Once information has been submitted it can’t be edited. (Additional information for first participant will be asked in step 2.) c. Hit Continue at bottom of page. Step 2: a. Carefully enter first participant information. Information will appear as entered on name badge, membership directory and informational mailings. b. Hit Continue at bottom of page. Step 3: a. Either hit “Add Attendees” button and enter information as listed above for each additional participant –or- b. Go directly to “Payment Information” to complete your purchase. Note that “Payment Information” is what appears on credit card being used for this purchase. *Note: Any company entering more that one participant will be considered a “GROUP REGISTRATION” and packets should be picked up as such at GAT registration. Step 4: a. Hit the “Approve Order!” Button b. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase within 24 hrs c. Print and save this receipt of your purchase to bring with you to GAT registration booth.

Mail In Regular Registration fees are $160 and must be post marked on or before August 10th. NO MAIL IN REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUGUST 10th. ONSITE REGISTRATION
Although we discourage waiting until you arrive, there will be onsite registration at the downstairs registration booth at the Renaissance Hotel. The fee is $188 and only cash or checks will be accepted onsite. Please note, ITP Courses typically fill before August 10th.

PRE-REGISTRATION PACKET PICKUP
Pre-Registration packets will be picked up at the registration booth at the Renaissance Hotel prior to the first lecture Friday morning. All attendees must wear their name credentials at all times while attending the GAT Convention. If you loose your credentials during the convention, you will be required to purchase additional credentials at the onsite registration fee of $188.00. There will be no exceptions! Only one representative from your gym is required to pick up your group registration packets. A photo ID may be required to release credentials. Registration open hours are:

Friday, September 1 - 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 2 - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

REFUND POLICY
ALL refunds must be requested in writing, mailed to the GAT address above and postmarked before August 10, 2007. Refunds are available less a $40.00 processing fee and will be issued by check within 30 days after the convention. Absolutely no refunds after August 10.
