Join us Labor Day Weekend, August 30-September 1, 2013, as we host our 47th Annual Gymnastics Association of Texas Convention at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas.

Texas Home Coming during the Saturday night banquet.
This year we are offering five Instructor Training Programs in addition to our regular conference registration. To learn more about which is right for you check out the detailed ITP course descriptions found at our website. ITP courses require attendance both Saturday and Sunday (10 hrs. total) to receive your completion certificate.

We hope you like the new registration site at Eventbrite. It features a more user friendly group registration that we hope will make your experience a very positive one.
To help with the process make sure you have all your information ready for each of your participants (their address information, what ITP courses they taking, are they attending the banquet, etc.). Once you start the online process you are limited on the amount of time you have to complete your purchase.

NOT ALL ITP COURSES ARE OFFERED EVERY YEAR! ONLY ITP COURSES THAT ARE LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM ARE BEING OFFERED THIS YEAR!
Look closely at your ticket options before choosing, but know that you can substitute names of your participants by emailing the registration director at registration@gatx.org by August 20th, as space allows.

REFUND POLICY: ALL refunds must be requested in writing by either US Mail or by email and sent to the address on the registration form or to registration@gatx.org. Request must be postmarked before midnight on 8/15/13. Refunds are available less a $45.00 processing fee. Absolutely No refunds after 8/15/13.
