Group Gymnastics involves a wide range of sports activities for all age groups and for specific target groups, for the main part in the field of gymnastics, apparatus gymnastics and games with main emphasis put on different aspects which vary from one country to the other.

Under the umbrella of Group Gymnastics are the following components:
