ITP Office

Gym Owners – Did you know that GAT offers an ITP-Office program designed especially for one of your most important staff members, your office manager/administrative assistant! Who else in your gym is your #1 public relations ambassador? What they say and do tells a lot about your gym. So equip them to be the absolute best they can be! This will actually be the third time that GAT has offered this every other year program and each year it gets better! Already a variety of topics are being planned such as “Knowing Your Importance” with Tom Forrester, “How To Deal With Difficult Customers”, “Telephone Curiosity”, “Customer Service”, “Handling Birthday Parties and Special Events” and the “FISH! Philosophy.” One of the more popular sessions is the “Computer Q&A” where it is highly recommended that your staff come with a laptop computer to take full advantage of this unique time.

The ITP-Office program runs from 8:30 – 4:30 on Saturday and Sunday and participants will receive a certificate upon completion of this course. We look forward to working with your staff!
