- Teacher, Coach, and/or Program Coordinator of Recreational/Competitive Boys Gymnastics Classes/Pre-Teams/Teams, Cheerleaders, Tramp & Tumbling Classes, and Rock Climbing Classes/Teams. Working at Eagle's Wings Athletics with long time friends Bret Stout and John Stout;

- Taught Gymnastics in RISD's Summer School (1997 & 1998);
- Speaker for Recreational Classes and Compulsory Boys Teams (1999-present as needed); ITP1-Rec (Instructor Training Program - Recreational) Co-Author & Past Co-Speaker (1999-2001);
- Creator of Men's Developmental Gymnastics Training Videos/CDs (1999-present);

- Helping Create Instructional Videos of and for Speakers in the Men's and Women's Programs (2001-present as needed);
- Won the National Beginner Boys Class Video & Lesson Plan Contest (2002);
- ITP-Boys 1 (Instructor Training Program for Teachers & Coaches of Boys Recreational Classes and Compulsory Teams - Beginners up to Level 7) Creator, Director, Co-Author, and Co-Speaker, which is getting Updated for the 2009-2012 Quadrennium (2002-present);
- Spoke on "Fun, Safe, and Productive Strategies for Teaching and Coaching Boys Classes and Teams" at the National Congress (2003);
- GAT Convention Men's Speaker Helper Recruiter as the Liaison between the GAT Board/Committee and the Texas Men's Program / Men's State Chairman;
- Michael Sims Scholarship Committee Member - Secretary;
- ITP-Boys 2 (Instructor Training Program for Teachers & Coaches of Older &/or Optional Team Boys - Levels 8, 9, & 10 + High School & College) Creator, Director, Co-Author, and Co-Speaker, which is getting Updated for the 2009-2012 Quadrennium (2006-present every other year).
